Many of you who have been following the site for any period of time may have noticed there has been a significant lack of articles and posts going up on the site. I will be the first to admit that since I have been working to open my training facility, AMP Fitness, writing for bergeronperformance.com has had to take a backseat.
Just because writing hasn’t been one of my priorities doesn’t mean that my readers, clients, and friends aren’t and I do apologize for leaving you all hanging and I plan to make it up to you all. Let me tell you how!
While planning for AMP and creating the company website I have decided to take this website in a different direction and make it my professional site geared towards fitness professionals, those interested in the technical aspects of training, and really those who just want to learn to get leaner and freaky strong. For many of you, this is still the place to be!
On this site I will cover:
- more advanced lifting theory and technique
- advanced nutrition
- postural and corrective exercise
- fitness professional development
- fitness business topics
- and of course what’s going on in my daily life
For those of you who are in the Boston area and those that are more interested in the basics and the occasional tip to help you improve how you look, move, and feel, head over to the AMP website at www.ampfitnessboston.com for better information tailored to your needs. I will cover:
- basic training and exercise recommendations/tutorials
- training for the busy professional (including strength, fat loss and injury prevention)
- foundational nutrition information to help you get your body composition in check
- how to incorporate healthy eating and training into your lifestyle
If the content at www.ampfitnessboston.com is more appealing to you head over and pick up a copy of our “7 Core Exercises You Should Be Doing“. Learn the proper way to train your core to improve performance, prevent injury and get sexy abz of course!
I do want to thank all of you who have been following me at Bergeron Performance for the past several years (I started writing in 2009) and look forward to better helping you all grow with better content for you all! I have mapped out tons of content for both sites and will also continue to write for sites like www.builtlean.com (for busy professionals and fitness enthusiasts) and www.STACK.com (for athletes).
I’m super excited to start this new chapter in my life and my career as we get closer to opening AMP Fitness, a 5,000 sq. foot semi-private training facility blocks from Boston Common dedicated to helping busy professionals train to improve the quality of their fitness and their life by helping them look, move, and feel their best! We will be fully equipped with functional training equipment from kettlebells, to ropes, to weight training equipment as well as 30yards of turf to get our clients to MOVE!
We will be open this spring so drop me a message and come check it out!
