It’s going to be a quick post today since I am in recovery mode from last nights triumphant return to the night club scene. I fulfilled my goal and competed in my first powerlifting meet and in doing so took a brief hiatus from indulging in adult beverages due to training. Long story short, I went out last night, had two beers, and tore shit up on the dance floor like Sean William Scott in American Wedding.
Well, maybe not quite like that. My moves are way better.
And I digress. Actually, I just wanted to share something with you all that I just finished reading by one of my colleagues and someone whom I really respect, Nate Green.
If you don’t know Nate, he is an entrepreneur, fitness guru, has traveled the world, written a book, and has been published in Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, and T-Nation. I’m also pretty sure he accomplished most of this before the age of 22. Talk about livin’ the dream.
I have actually been following Nate’s blog for quite some time and he is a very inspiring individual. I’m sure that anyone out there can relate to many of the things that he writes about, especially if you are in your late 20’s and of the male population. You can check out his blog here -> The Nate Green Experience
Today, I just wanted to share with you Nate’s most recent project which he calls The Hero Handbook. It is 100% free and is hands down one of the most influential things I have read this year. Oh yea, and did I mention that it is FREE? And you don’t even have to enter your name, email address, or sign over your first born like many other “free” products.
In it he shares what it takes to start living the life you want and become your own hero. He lays it down real simple and is very conversational in his writing which makes it very easy to get drawn in. He teaches how you can cut through the bullshit and get what you want out of life, including the body you want, things you want, and start living.
Did I mention it’s free?
